This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing high level of guest engagement and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions, extensive use of suggestive selling methods. This position requires a ... self-motivated individual with the capacity to find additional tasks to complete during periods of low guest traffic. Ensures all payment transactions are affected in a complete, accurate and timely manner, and proper cash handling procedures are followed 100% of the time. Ensures appropriate level of stock is maintained on the outlet floor, positioned appropriately to maximize revenues. This person will regularly work coverage or full shifts in alternate retail and/or recreational outlets.
Must have flexibility to work between 6:30am-10:00PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
• Greets all guests and provides outstanding on-brand customer service, by enhancing the guest experience.
• Will assist guests with various requests, and respond to questions about retail product selection.
• Ringing up sales at registers for food, retail and make a variety of specialty coffees to order.
• Arranging displays to showcase targeted items with all item labels forward facing.
• Processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock assist with floor moves and displays. Assisting with monthly inventory on a rotating basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have high school diploma or GED and some cash-handling experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
• Must have the ability to accurately handle payment transactions.
• Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
• Bilingual is a plus.
