Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
Pay:
$20-$22/hr
Job Duties:
• Answer phones and route calls/input orders (Primary)
• Obtain information on late jobs
• Note job after a customer contacted with the name of the contact
• Field customer emails – input orders, respond or route email to the appropriate person
• Add charges to jobs when appropriate
• Route customer/driver calls to the appropriate position for assistance
• Communicate to scheduled service customers who have backup drivers assigned to routes
• Reporting
• Filing
RequirementsQualifications:
• High School or Equivalent
• 1 Year in a Professional Office Environment
• State Driver’s License
