As A Customer Support Representative, You will:
• Meet with customers to schedule customer appointments, close sales, and set up service enrollment, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date
• Ensure company protocols, policies, and goals are upheld while representing our clients with empathy and professionalism
• Communicate professionally, intelligently, and persuasively to engage customers on the value and benefits of our services and products
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our clients by attending daily meetings in order to educate consumers on deals or sales promotions effectively
• Be on the front lines answering questions, elucidating concerns, and finding effective solutions to customer issues to close sales
• Propose new solutions, ideas, and approaches to current processes in order to increase customer retainment and bolster sales revenue
Our Customer Support Representative Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
• Prior experience in entry-level customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of individuals
• People person with a superior, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
• Remarkable ability to be helpful, go above and beyond and take care of customers
• Exceptional organizational skills, detailed-oriented and thorough
• Ability to stay self-motivated and positive
• Proven track record of building rapport with customers and upselling products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

• Weekends as needed
