- Perform physical examinations and create assessments that may include ordering and interpreting lab tests, ordering imaging studies, and developing treatment plans.
- Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
- Follows up and monitors patients' progress throughout the treatment plan.
- Documents evaluations and plans of care.
- Provides patient education on various health topics.
- Collaborates and consults with other in-house allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible.
- Current Arizona License.
- DEA Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Previous experience in primary care preferred.
