We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Catering Service Worker to join our team at the Rosemont Convention Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of events by providing top-quality catering services to our clients and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining food stations, serving food and beverages, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.Responsibilities
As a Catering Service Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Setting up food stations, including arranging tables, linens, and decor
Preparing and organizing food and beverage items
Serving food and beverages to event attendees
Ensuring food stations are replenished and maintained throughout the event
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events, including moving furniture and equipment
Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Prior experience in catering, food service, or hospitality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
