Overview
This position is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within Citizens Bank Park pre and post event, as well as maintaining standards during events.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $24.00.

About the Venue
Citizens Bank Park is a professional baseball stadium located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the city's South Philadelphia Sports Complex. It is the ballpark of Major League Baseball's Philadelphia Phillies. Each year we have the pleasure of hosting multiple non baseball events each year, including concerts, trade shows, corporate events, charity walks, etc.
Responsibilities
• Removal of refuse, cleaning of floors & equipment, etc. to provide a clean event space before, during, and after an event.
• Breakdown refuse and debris into proper recycling and compost units.
• Maintain department equipment as necessary, both operationally and in an orderly manner for the offseason.
• Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal staff and guests to the venue.
• Perform customary Housekeeping / Janitorial duties: Clean floors (both hard floors & carpeted), restrooms, furniture & equipment, walls, windows, fixtures, doors, and other areas and items throughout the facility.
• Operate an assortment of equipment including buffer/burnisher, rider sweeper/scrubber, walk behind scrubber, blower, vacuum, pressure washer and others as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service focused.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience in heavy public contact.
Skills and Abilities
• Ability to work closely with others
• Must be able to work in a fast past environment, with a sense of urgency
• Must have a pleasant personality and adhere to Uniform Standards policy
• Ability to work in various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends
• Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem, propose, and implement solutions.

Physical Requirement
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach and climb stairs throughout shift as needed
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds throughout the shift
• Must be able to push 25+ pounds
• Ability to move heavy (100+ pounds) wheeled carts.
While performing the duties of this job, one must have the physical ability to maneuver around Citizens Bank Park at times. The employee may be regularly required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
