Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping ... - Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate invoices
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and processing payments
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
