This position is full-time. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays required.
We are looking for Housekeeping/Laundry Attendants to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also be doing a couple laundry shifts a week as well. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms ... are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
Daily functions:
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Replace dirty linens and terry items with clean items.
• Make beds, fold terry, clean bathrooms, remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
• Ensure all appliances are present and in working order.
• Dust, polish, and remove marking from walls and furniture as necessary.
• Vacuum carpets, and clean floors regularly.
• Respond to guest requests as needed.
• When scheduled as a laundry attendant, make sure all the linen and towels are cleaned.
Requirements
• Must be able to move, lift, and carry items 25 pounds or less without assistance.
• Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart.
• Required to stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexible schedule (to include weekends) is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
