2 Walnut Grove Dr, Horsham, PA ... Our Philadelphia Regional office is seeking a Summer Student Customer Care Rep for our Sales and Client Services department. Our Student Help program is designed for students who are currently enrolled in school and will be continuing their studies in the fall. This opportunity is an excellent way for students to receive hands-on experience.
The working schedule is Monday - Friday, 30 to 40 hours per week during the months of May, June, July and August. The salary for this position will be $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
• Learn our billing system and processes
• Take customer telephone calls to assist them with payment and billing inquiries
• Make outbound calls to assist customers with payment and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in a high school or college undergraduate program
• Professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Organization and planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows
• Time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
