Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel management system ... - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
