A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:
As a Customer Care Associate - Customer Service Rep at Eagle Pipe Heating & Air, you'll enjoy a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries, booking service calls, and addressing customer concerns. You'll work diligently to solve problems to the customer's satisfaction, manage reports, and efficiently coordinate service appointments. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients' needs are met promptly and professionally.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• High school diploma
• 2 years of customer service experience
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus. Dispatching experience is also a bonus!
