I've worked at Prov Med Sacred Heart for 23 years now and our Child Life team is stronger than it's ever been. We function with an underlying foundation of respect for one another. When one person is overwhelmed, needing to be called in different directions, we send out the word and someone steps up and helps us out if they can. Working as a child life specialist is fun and it can also be very emotionally draining and it makes all the difference to know that you have a team that is backing you up. I consider the other Child Life Specialists and our greater family support services team as colleagues and friends, and that makes working in a hospital setting doing hard work, worth it all.

Manager Integrated Absence Management Support Team Remote - Most states eligible
The ADM Support Teams Manager manages a team of ADM support staff team members that function inter-departmentally to perform data analytics, financial adjustments, document management and compliance/audit support. This role is responsible for team performance and meeting operational standards, and possesses expertise in Federal and State disability laws and leave plans, ADA and organizational policies/procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Required H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 6 years Absence and Disability case management experience, with paid leave management experience.
• 4 years Management or applicable leadership experience in a related industry or other large employer environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Organizational Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
