Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner ... - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Clear tables and clean banquet areas during and after events
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bartending and coffee preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to handle and carry trays of food and beverages
- Basic culinary knowledge for assisting with food preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
