Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner ... - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
Clear tables and clean banquet areas during and after events
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of bartending and coffee preparation is a plus
Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
Ability to handle and carry trays of food and beverages
Basic culinary knowledge for assisting with food preparation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
