Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter and maintain customer data in the system with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
