As a Pharmacy Delivery Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of medications to our customers.
You will be responsible for managing delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of prescriptions and medical supplies to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery time.
Communicate with delivery drivers to provide them with order details and necessary instructions.
Ensure that all prescriptions and medical supplies are accurately packed and labeled for delivery.
Track deliveries in real-time to monitor progress and address any delivery-related issues.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery schedules or order status.
Maintain delivery records and update the pharmacy database with relevant information.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to prioritize urgent deliveries Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and overall customer satisfaction.
