Travel to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, maintain and support equipment and build and maintain customer relationships.
Required Equipment Experience and Abilities ... • ** Any type of automated packaging machinery such as wrappers, fillers, cappers, labelers, pouchers, etc.
• * Motors and Servo Drives.
• PLCs, Sensors, Actuators, etc.
• ** Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical and Electronics to board level.
Activities:
• Identify and diagnose problems remotely and on location.
• Resolve PLC software issues including operating system bugs and reinstalling and upgrading controller software and hardware.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machinery as required.
• Report back on issues and order parts as needed.
• ** Train customers on machine operation.
