We are seeking dedicated and bilingual (Spanish) Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will engage patients over the phone to deliver our services on behalf of their health plan, explaining clinical programs and benefits. Your role will involve identifying potential medication-related and health-related issues, escalating them to the pharmacist, and ... facilitating the delivery of clinical interventions. Accurate record-keeping and proactive participation in process improvement meetings will be essential to optimize workflows and enhance patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Engage patients over the phone to deliver Arine's services, explaining clinical programs and benefits
• Identify potential medication-related and health-related issues and escalate them to the pharmacist
• Obtain provider contact information to facilitate the delivery of clinical interventions
• Obtain patient information required for clinical interventions
• Answer phone calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies professionally and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in Arine's software platform
• Participate in process improvement meetings and team meetings to optimize workflows
• Follow up with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and patients to resolve clinical issues and concerns
• Prepare and mail patient educational materials and other necessary items as needed
• Schedule patients for telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacist
Requirements:
• Technician license in the state of residence
• Medication adherence experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
