Our Catering Assistant / Waitstaff play an important role in our operations by being our “first and last impression”. They are responsible for providing all Guests with a personal service style, while demonstrating genuine hospitality and professionalism. They set the stage for an exceptional experience through making every guest feel welcome, accurately providing waitstaff accommodations, communicating with the client and maintaining their catering requirements.
A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
Key Requirements:
• A gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Flexibility with schedule for prime availability on nights and weekends and the ability to travel up to 3 hours.
Responsibilites:
• Full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails.
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
• Maintaining inventory and bar supplies
• Making drinks in a quick and efficient manner
• Setting up event space with tables, chairs and buffet equipment
• Help the client with any light food preparation. Setting out table linens, decorations and place settings upon request.
• Attend to the guests needs including serving food and beverages, clearing and bussing tables
• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
• Putting away all equipment, tables, chairs and cleaning the event space areas.
