The Catering Specialist plays a pivotal role in our company, working directly with customers to handle inquiries and process orders via multiple channels (web, email, phone). • Answer incoming phone calls to handle booking requests for all catering inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, demonstrating attentiveness and care for the details of their events.
• Provide detailed information about menus, catering styles, and operational procedures.
• Work with a variety of customers to plan and coordinate catered events, ensuring their requirements are met.
• Provide customers with timely estimates.
• Secure event dates for events by collecting deposits from customers.
• Utilize Caterease software to enter catering orders and generate necessary paperwork for production.
• Process any change requests for the customers efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with the culinary, catering, and design teams to ensure flawless event execution.

· High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
· Associate degree preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
· Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
