Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with catering events and private parties- to include planning, set up and execution.
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our residents by assisting dining and events staff with overall presentation, delivery and follow up.
Coordinates, plans and executes special events and parties.
Responsible for BEO's, their distribution and communication.
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly upon requests of patrons.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Culinary High school diploma or equivalent Must have previous catering/ events experience.
