What you’ll do:
· Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
· Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
· Utilize your strong Excel skills to maintain, audit, and update department reports.
· Maintain the BDC directory ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
· Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting callers in a professional and courteous manner.
· Work collaboratively with team members to support overall office efficiency and contribute to a positive work environment.
· Maintain a neat work and break area for the BDC department.
· Restock office supplies.
What you’ll need:
· Availability to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to multitask and work in multiple systems at once.
· Good verbal communication skills
· Professionalism & Strong Work Ethic
· Positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
· Must submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
