We are a burgeoning mental health company based in the heart of the University area in Charlotte, NC. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CEO.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the COO with administrative tasks, project management, and strategic initiatives. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the first point of contact for the COO, handling correspondence and phone calls.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in project management and the execution of strategic business initiatives.
Facilitate internal communication by acting as a liaison between the COO and other departments.
Organize and attend meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Support the COO in daily administrative tasks and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of or experience in the mental health sector is a plus.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
