As a Senior Product Manager you'll help drive strategy and execute the roadmap for the Employee Experience module, a critical component of our WEX™ platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating intricate insights into actionable strategies, primarily focusing on empowering IT Directors to improve workforce productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the strategy for the Employee Experience module, aligning with the broader goals of the WEX™ platform.
• Utilize AI-driven insights and customer feedback to innovate and improve the module.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data analytics to build and refine module features.
• Interact with IT Directors and other key users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure the module’s features are effectively addressing those needs.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, adapting quickly to new trends and user feedback.
• Measure the impact of the module, using data to inform continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally at a software company
• 5+ years of experience in software product management
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong background in managing a software product roadmap.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed decisions about product development and enhancements.
• Capacity to think strategically about the big picture while also focusing on the tactical details of the module.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Passion for understanding and meeting the needs of users, particularly IT Directors, to enhance their experience and productivity.
• Able to navigate through ambiguity and act decisively to realize team goals
