As a Warehouse Associate you will be primarily conducting day-to-day warehouse duties such as picking, packaging, inventory counting, shipping, and receiving.

Responsibilities: • Pick, pack and deliver materials for manufacturing work orders in a timely manner. • Receive inventory both physically and into the warehouse management system. • Accurately track inventory. • Perform counts with precision. • Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery. • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications: • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. • Great interpersonal skills. • Exceptional time management and organization skills. • Comfortable using warehouse management software and productivity applications, including Excel and/or Google sheets. • Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Warehouse Experience: 1-2 years (preferred). • Excellent communication and writing skills in English. • CA driver’s license. • Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting bins. • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time. • Hands-on experience with forklift operation is a plus.
