Role
As a Warehouse Associate (also known as Inventory Specialist, Warehouse Operator), your key duties will include receiving, shipping, order picking, and sanitation tasks. You will ensure compliance with quality control policies and procedures while managing finished goods and equipment inventories. Using forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), you'll efficiently load and ... unload trucks. You will also assist with cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and adhere to safety protocols. Additionally, you will collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain inventory security and cleanliness standards, and support the local sales team in serving various product lines.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum 1 year of general factory, warehouse, inventory, finished goods item and line picking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, complete a successful DOT physical, possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of accepted quality control procedures and guidelines, effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift certification preferred and ability to operate related machinery
