The Technical Support Representative for Radiometer is responsible for providing technical support on-site and via phone or email to internal OpCo functions (engineers, technicians, and product support personnel) by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment.
This position is part of the Technical Customer Support organization located in Brea, CA and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution to customers, and primarily field service and sales associates via phone, e-mail and other electronic medium.
• Configuration of client's equipment to provide reporting and interface functions. Also configure equipment software to connect to other Radiometer applications and equipment.
• Identify, correct and document operational issues in Radiometer products used in client systems.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general, technical procedures, schematics or governmental regulations. Ability to accurately write reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ability to efficiently present information and respond to questions from management and customers.
• AS degree in computer or electronic engineering from college or technical school; BS degree preferred
• Experience with hardware and software issues. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), iOS/OS skills, and internet skills; database and customer relationship management (CRM) clients; File transfer protocol (FTP) clients
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training
• Ability to lift or maneuver 40 lbs

The salary range for this role is $55K-$63K per year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
