This individual will be responsible for routine grounds and building cleaning, as well as providing a welcoming environment to our residents. Responsibilities:
• Cleaning the apartments and facilities
• Cleaning the grounds.
• Cleaning dumpster enclosures.
• Cleaning laundry rooms.
• Empty trash cans on the exterior of the community.
• Assisting team with removal and installation of appliances.
• Above is not limited to additional miscellaneous work tasks.
