Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly ... - Serve food and beverages to guests with a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling monetary transactions
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Familiarity with food handling procedures to maintain safety standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
