We are looking for a ... Warehouse Associate to participate in daily operations at our H&B Supply Warehouse in Herndon Virginia. The primary responsibilities include receiving and checking inventory, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and assisting customers with order pick-ups and returns. Our goal is to efficiently process orders and maintain customer satisfaction. The right candidate should be energetic and dynamic with the desire to grow with the H&B team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Pull Orders – Includes picking, packaging, and shipping.
• Warehouse Management – Tasks encompass receiving and examining stock, tidying up, disposing of packaging materials, and waste disposal.
• Paperwork & Customers – Includes entering sales orders, scanning, and organizing records, and assisting customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Department (regular and special orders).
• Engage in Sales and Provide Customer Service.
Qualifications:
• Dependable and diligent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 or Sage 50 preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Regularly stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, reach, and climb
