We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities ... • Follow all safety and training procedures
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned rooms, including bathrooms, floors, furniture, mirrors, amenities, etc.
• Remove used linens and towels and replace with fresh items
• Make beds neatly and consistently to hotel standards
• Restock guest rooms with amenities, hangers, pamphlets, etc.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues in rooms
• Handle guest requests and issues professionally and promptly
• Transport cleaning supplies and linen carts securely through halls and elevators
• Maintain security of guest rooms and confidentiality
• Work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
Requirements
• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and standards
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs repeatedly
• Willingness to handle repetitive tasks
• Reliable team player who can also work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
