• Ensure high-quality customer service while working remotely.
Requirements :
• Proven customer service experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo on-site training at the facility during the day shift, before transitioning to remote work.
