Medical Equipment-Service Technician & Delivery Job Description:
o Provide high standards of customer service to customers in our Medical Equipment ... o Achieve department financial goals and internal KPIs set by Service Manager and Operations Manager
Role –
o Complete all appointments on time and/or within the time frame given to the customer
o Drive carefully but with efficiency, our customers depend on you
o Instruct customer on usage of equipment
o You are the final face of the company to our customers, make the best impression possible and be courteous and polite every step of the way
o Deliver “how do we measure up” card to every customer, asking them to review you
o Call appointments prior to your arrival, letting them know an arrival time frame
o Deliver/ pick-up rentals, sale items, and repair items
o Complete all repairs in-house and offsite efficiently
o Emergency repairs and deliveries as needed
o Assist DME retailers with large inventory orders when received
Daily/Weekly Responsibilities –
o Keep interior of vans tidy and clean (daily)
o Travel to/from warehouse (as needed)
o Clean and presentable rental workplace (daily)
o Rentals are cleaned and put away (daily)
o Properly place equipment into staging, quarantine (cleaning), rental, repair, or retail (daily)
o Trash (daily)
o Anything delegated by Management
o Must be able to lift 75+lbs
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:
9A-6P WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
