• Handle customer calls
• Fulfill order requirements
• Alert customers about unmet commitments
• Expedite order processing
• Attend customer meetings as required
• Communicate quantity changes to customers
• Support order entry tasks
• Assist with process planning
• Record production reports and hours
Preferred Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant Role
