Team Member Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs assigned laboring jobs such as product assembly, process production line work, product boxing, plant sweeping duties and product repair (hand rework only)
• Experience using hand held tools is required
• Cleans around work areas
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and climb or balance.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 120 pounds.
