Position Overview: The Packing Production Technician will be responsible for the packaging of products in a manufacturing environment. The Technician will work collaboratively with a team to ensure accurate and efficient production while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities ... • Operate production equipment to package products
• Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Assist with training and development of new team members
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Packaging, manufacturing, and/or operator experience
• Shift Lead experience strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
