We are looking for a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Home Depot. You will be responsible for providing fast, friendly service by proactively engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance. In this role, you will also:
• Provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every ... customer in your department
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of products and services offered
• Complete customer orders and follow up with customers as necessary
The ideal candidate is someone who is personable, outgoing, and driven to succeed in a team environment. Prior experience in sales and customer service roles is preferred but not required
