About Our Client Service Department ... Our Client Service team is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every client receives unparalleled service. We're on the lookout for a Client Service Retention Specialist who is passionate about customer interaction, thrives in solving challenges, and takes initiative.
This position is entirely remote.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries regarding order details, store credit, promotions, shipments, and cancellations with a focus on retaining clients considering cancellation.
Work closely with the Customer Service supervisor to address and proactively solve customer complaints/issues.
Provide top-notch support to clients through live chat, email, and inbound calls, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
Collaborate with our styling and warehouse teams via email to address and resolve customer concerns.
Record customer feedback, complaints, and queries using various data entry methods.
Tackle additional tasks and projects as needed, in line with company goals.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, along with a stable and reliable internet connection.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as this role involves a significant amount of email and chat support.
Proficiency in computer use, able to manage multiple tabs, windows, and systems simultaneously.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and change-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to navigate through unexpected situations and employ logical problem-solving skills.
Capable of conveying company policies and information to clients in a professional manner.
Competent in managing complaints calmly and professionally.
Interest in the fashion industry is a plus.
Availability to work various shifts between 8 am to 6 pm PST, including some weekends as per business requirements.
