As Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Amazon Business Enterprise Solutions with senior decision makers in the Commercial Sector. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business and pan-Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and high-touch executive events marketing. This role also requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects. Key job responsibilities
• Develop marketing campaigns to reach and engage c-suite and senior decision makers through bespoke, 1-to-1 and 1-to-few initiatives.
• Engage customers using bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, and Executive Engagement Events.
• Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.
• Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience in Enterprise Marketing including lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in Event marketing, including high-touch executive meetings.
- 3 years managing end to end field marketing experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience in B2B SaaS Marketing or B2C Integrated Marketing Communications.
- Experience in designing and executing Field Marketing programs to drive lead generation like Webinars, Direct Email, Executive Engagement events, 3rd Party events, Sponsorships and Fulfillment Center tours for senior executives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
