Seeking Customer Service Representatives in Austin, TX.
Openwork is currently interviewing for Retail, Call Center, and non-retail In-Person Customer representatives for temporary and temporary-to-hire positions for our clients in Austin, TX. If you have call center, retail, or other face-to-face customer service experience, keep reading ... What you’ll be responsible for:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exception service with every interaction
• Employ active listening to determine customer needs
• Guide the customer through the transaction process or resolve their concerns
• Work with your leadership team to develop processes and solutions
What you’ll need:
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with office automation software and the ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Must have reliable transportation
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED
• Selected candidates will be required to pass all pre-hire employment checks, which may include a criminal background check and drug screening

Pay range: $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
