Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, utilizing the necessary technology and following store policies and procedures.
Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and other supplies.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding merchandise or store policies, providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and the store is running smoothly.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide a positive shopping experience.
Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including counting and balancing cash drawers.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Uphold the company's mission and values by promoting a passion for sports and outdoor activities.
Cross-train in other areas of the store, such as merchandising and inventory management, to provide support as needed.
Attend and actively participate in all required trainings and meetings.
