Job Title: Client Services Representative ... Location: New York City, NY
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, or messenger.
• Provide product information, troubleshooting guidance, and resolution to customer issues.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a customer service role/call center environment.
• Proficient typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of over 35 words per minute (WPM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and patient attitude when handling customer concerns.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus. Examples: Zendesk, Kustomer, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite
