Embryologist

ROLE
This role is responsible for reformatting samples into the TMRW ecosystem. This role is remote and will require approximately 70% travel, depending on team needs.
• You will be responsible for the reconciliation, reformatting, and transfer of human biological specimens under liquid nitrogen from storage containers located in IVF clinics to TMRW platforms
• You will be responsible for tracking, recording, and documenting sample transfers while establishing a 100% digital chain of custody within the electronic inventory system
• You will support the reformatting team and ensure that work is performed according to SOPs
• You will assist in the creation and organization of specimen inventories for traceability, analysis, and long-term sustainability plans
• May be required to help with other tasks that support the TMRW value proposition or our partner IVF labs (product design, scientific studies, quality assurance, document creation, software development, consultative sales)
• You must be comfortable and trained in the frequent exposure to cryogens (liquid nitrogen) and working at cryogenic temperatures (below -190º C) for extended periods of time
• Represent TMRW on-site at IVF clinics through the provision of personable, charismatic, and knowledgeable attention
• Other duties as assigned
You must be an enterprising self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on flawless execution. You will win by turning ideas into action and strategy into tangible execution that will create value for TMRW and our customers. You will work closely with our Specimen Services department and the reformatting team.
What You'll Need To Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
• Vast experience working with LN2, IVF labs, and reproductive tissues
• Able to speak articulately in a team, client, conference, or sales setting
• Experience following Standard Operating Protocols and associated documentation, as well as developing successive iterations of the former
• Ready to navigate complex solutions and create sustainable operational processes
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
• You are a curious collaborator and a strong team player

The pay range for this position is: $90,000-115,000 depending on the level of experience. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at this time. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
