This is a full time, on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY for a Warehouse Manager at High Line Event Rentals. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful operations of the warehouse including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will be responsible for a team of staff ensuring that they are properly trained and meeting performance expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage a team of staff.
• Ability to develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory records and process orders with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs
