A reputable production facility in the Chester area is seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load and unload materials using various equipment such as clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory movements
Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and work in a physically demanding role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
