We are looking for a customer service representative who will be a part of the Customer Service payment assistance team. Customers will call and email in with questions about their payments, payoff amounts, payment portal/account, etc. This role will also consist of taking customer payments and updating customer accounts.
Must Haves ... β’ 3+ years of experience working in a customer service or call center role
β’ 1 year of experience working in a collections role
β’ Experience managing high-volume inbound/ outbound calls and emails
β’ Experience working in a remote environment
β’ High School Degree or higher
Day to Day:
β’ Handling 40-60 inbound customer phone calls per day.
β’ Answering email customer questions in the que.
β’ Taking customer payments and updating the internal customer portal.
β’ Answering customer questions involving their payment amount, customer portal assistance, payoff amounts, etc.
β’ Review and educate customers on contract details.
β’ Provide customer complaint resolution
