We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy Manager, Mid-Market Wireline Financial Planning & Analyses (FP&A) to join the TELUS SMB (Small Medium Business) and Mid-Market (MM) Strategy & Planning team within a dynamic, agile, and entrepreneurial environment. We’re looking for a sharp, analytically-driven Senior Strategy Manager to own the financial and subscriber planning for TELUS’ Mid-Market Wireline P&L. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work directly with senior leadership, shape strategic direction and drive profitable growth across our national wireline business.

Here’s how
Own the Numbers:
- Lead annual and long-term financial and subscriber planning in close partnership with Marketing leadership, Finance and Business Intelligence teams, consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders into an executable roadmap
- Manage the monthly forecasting process and deliver performance updates to the Senior Leadership team
- Investigate changes to underlying performance, analyze key market shifts and size business impact of opportunities and risks
- Set targets for and monitor performance of core KPIs (Activations, Deactivations, Revenue, COA/COR, etc.)
Drive Strategy:
- Lead/contribute to semi-annual strategy reviews and develop scenario-based analyses to guide executive decisions
- Build and present business cases for key initiatives
- Contribute to the long-term strategic outlook for the Wireline P&L, including translating foundational B2B Wireline industry trends and product innovation into performance and profitability drivers
Be a Trusted Advisor:
- Act as the financial conscience of the Marketing team - proactively identify P&L risks and opportunities, quantifying trade-offs and challenging assumptions to ensure strategic decisions are grounded in financial reality
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Finance, Business Intelligence and Marketing teams
- Provide critical perspectives on the P&L impact of key initiatives
