Job Description:
We are seeking diligent and attentive Barbacks to support our dynamic bar team for on-demand roles at various events and establishments. Ideal candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments and be committed to providing outstanding support to bartenders and ensuring smooth operation of the bar area.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business):
- Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area.
- Restock bar with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other necessary supplies.
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Help with opening and closing tasks, such as inventory management and cleaning.
- Quickly respond to bartenders' requests for assistance during busy periods.
- Clear and clean tables and bar area, disposing of waste and glassware appropriately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be of legal age to handle alcohol.
