Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our operations team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining sensitive patient and administrative data with 100% accuracy. Your work will directly support AIRE HEALTH’s mission to deliver reliable healthcare services and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update patient records, billing data, insurance information, and administrative documents into our secure systems
Verify data accuracy and completeness; identify and correct discrepancies in patient/client records Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards at all times
Organize and manage digital files, spreadsheets, and databases for quick retrieval
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve data inconsistencies
Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high data integrity

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
1+ years of data entry, administrative, or healthcare admin experience preferred
Strong typing speed: 50+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software/EMR systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
