How you’ll make an impact in this role

Leads the design and execution of leadership development strategies aligned with Ascension’s strategic priorities. Builds and scales leadership capability frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and multi year leader journeys across a complex organization. Aligns and streamlines programs into a cohesive leadership development strategy.
Partners with executive leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend effective organizational development and learning solutions. Uses a consultative approach to connect requests to broader organizational priorities and proactively address risks and barriers.
Designs and delivers leadership and professional development programs that strengthen organizational capability and support employee career growth and well being. Maps development experiences to leadership competencies and focuses on measurable behavioral and business impact.
Establishes operational standards, governance processes, and business continuity practices to support consistent program delivery. Develops SOPs, cross training plans, and scalable processes while coaching and developing a team of high performing contributors.
Uses data, dashboards, and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and demonstrate organizational impact. Measures outcomes related to engagement, retention, productivity, leadership effectiveness, and capability development to support continuous improvement and executive decision making.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Experience building enterprise leadership capability frameworks and competency models within large healthcare systems or similarly complex organizations.
Expertise developing dashboards and impact measurement strategies that evaluate behavior change and business outcomes beyond participation and completion metrics.
Experience leading organizational development and learning transformation initiatives, including integrating programs and building scalable leadership development strategies.
